Before you choose
Can I change plan later?
Yes, at any time, from your account. A change takes effect on the next billing period and nothing is lost in between.
What happens if we use more minutes than the plan includes?
Calls stop at the plan's limit rather than running up a bill you did not agree to. You are told when you are close, and you can move up a plan or wait for the month to turn.
Can I cancel?
Whenever you like, from your account, without telephoning anyone. The calls stop at the end of the period you have paid for.
